We hope you all had a wonderful break with your whanau!
What a wonderful term 3 we had! It was great that we were able to complete a whole term with no interruptions. Aside from the usual learning, your children were also given the opportunity to engage in music and dance. These were provided by Footsteps dance company and Jellybeans music. Your children learnt lots of skills such as rhythm and beat while playing the glockenspiel and some fun dance moves to many popular songs.
This term we are focussing on being “E” for excellent in our learning. We are going to be thinking like scientists and doing lots of fun experiments to understand how things work. We are also planning a trip later in the term to Raglan beach. Keep an eye out for information about this and the permission slips you will need to sigh to allow your child to go.
